Put a price on the things they sell, as it is possible to go to a store and have no price on the products they sell and when you ask the prices they give them without VAT, like if in Chile you buy things without VAT, it's a joke.

Zero attention to their customers who pick up their orders at the headquarters. They make you wait out in the open for an hour and extremely cold...zero attitude towards their customers. To make matters worse, there is no ecology in the packaging, you find a waste of crepe paper. And nothing about saving printer paper...a purchase they give you two copies of Shipping Guides in addition to two copies of the invoice...all for a purchase of two items...badly zero environmental awareness.

Terrible after-sales, the products do not arrive and Wurth doesn't care, after one transfer the kindness ends, the order does not arrive on time, weeks can pass.
